Information we collect
When you submit an inquiry, we collect the contact and project information you provide, such as your name, company, business email, country, product interest, expected quantity, project stage, target market, timeline, WhatsApp number and message. We also record basic submission source information, such as the page, referral source and campaign parameters, to understand how prospective buyers find us.
How we use it
We use inquiry information to evaluate your request, respond to your team and, when relevant, prepare sampling or quotation discussions. We do not sell inquiry information.
Analytics and security
If enabled, Google Analytics helps us understand aggregate website use. Cloudflare security services may process technical request data to protect the form and website from abuse.
Retention and your choices
We retain business correspondence only as long as reasonably needed for the inquiry, legal obligations and legitimate business records. You may request access, correction or deletion by emailing sales@trailfoundryoutdoor.com.
International processing
Because we work with international buyers, inquiry information may be processed outside your country. Appropriate handling requirements should be agreed where a project involves additional personal or regulated data.
